Lisa
Fitness has been woven into Lisa’s life since the age of nine, when she first laced up her roller skates and fell in love with movement. As she grew, so did her love for staying active – whether she was surfing, snowboarding, or hitting the field for hockey and softball, staying in motion was simply who she was.
But after a difficult childbirth changed her ability to enjoy high-impact sports, Lisa began the search for something new – something that could keep her body strong and her spirit lifted. After years of exploring, she discovered Reformer Pilates… and everything clicked.
Practising for several years now, Lisa’s passion has only grown. She found herself wanting to spend more and more time in the studio, until she finally turned that love into her calling. As a Reformer Pilates teacher and studio owner, she brings warmth, encouragement, and a welcoming smile to every class.
Lisa adores the endless variety Pilates offers – there’s always something new to explore, a fresh challenge to meet, and a joyful moment waiting on the carriage. Her mission is simple: to help every client feel strong, supported, and excited to move.

Caroline
Caroline is a dedicated Reformer Pilates instructor with over 10 years of experience and in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She first discovered Pilates through a friend’s encouragement and quickly realized its transformative power – easing the muscle tension and strains she had carried for years. That personal experience sparked a lifelong passion for mindful movement and inspired her to help others find the same balance, strength, and relief.
Originally from Malaysia, she moved here 23 years ago and is a proud mum of two adult children. Her personal journey has shaped her belief that movement is for everyone, at every stage of life.
Her class style is fresh and dynamic, keeping every class exciting and engaging – no two sessions are ever the same! She love’s surprising clients with new movements and creative sequences that challenge both body and mind. Her classes are upbeat, empowering and a welcoming space where everyone feels motivated, supported, and strong. She’s a stickler for correct techniques too!

Zoe
Movement has been a part of Zoe’s life for as long as she can remember. With over 20 years of dance training behind her, she grew up immersed in rhythm, technique, and the joy of moving her body – an experience that shaped not only how she moves, but how she teaches (not to mention her playlist!).
Through dance, Zoe developed a deep appreciation for strength, control, and mobility, which eventually led her to Reformer Pilates. It quickly became a natural extension of everything she loved about movement: precision, creativity, and feeling connected in the body.
Now teaching Reformer Pilates, Zoe brings a warm, friendly energy to every class. She loves welcoming clients of all levels and creating a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable, capable, and encouraged to explore what their body can do.
Zoe is passionate about helping people feel empowered in their movement – building strength, confidence, and trust in their bodies along the way.
