Mickie is originally from the UK and has been living and working in Sydney for 20 years. She has a background of professional dance and an education in the arts. Her exercise career spans 20 years and she has taught all Group Fitness Programs including Spinning, BodyPump, Aerobics, Zumba and Bootcamps and has been a Personal Trainer and Fitness Course Presenter. Mickie has specialised in Pilates since 2015 and has full Comprehensive Certification through Stott Pilates. Her classes are contemporary and are a mixture of full body strength, core work, posture, circuits and laughter.
