Lauren has been practicing Reformer Pilates for several years and immediately fell in love with the benefits she felt in both body and mind. Lauren was looking for a form of exercise that would provide her body with strength, tone and flexibility all in one. After multiple conversations with a friend that she should “come and try Reformer Pilates”, she finally attended a class and has never looked back.  Lauren decided to further expand her Reformer Pilates passion and transitioned into teaching. In Lauren’s classes, you will experience a fun and energising full body workout with a focus on building good foundations and technique.
