We also recommend arriving 10 minutes early if it’s your first visit. There are great quality grip socks available for purchase at our studio.

For best results, we recommend attending 2–3 classes per week As your body adapts and you feel getting stronger you can increase to 3-5 classes per week. It really depends on your fitness goals. However, you’ll still feel the benefits even with one session a week. Consistency is key!

Yes, but we always recommend consulting your healthcare provider first. Let our instructors know about any injuries or conditions before class so we can modify movements to suit your needs.

We don’t run separate beginner or advanced classes—our sessions are designed for all fitness levels. You’ll have your own bed and we adjust the springs to suit your ability, so everything is personalised to you. You’ll feel amazing!
If it’s your first time, we recommend booking a Connect or Tech-Nique class to get started.

We focus on small group Reformer Pilates with expert instructors, a supportive community, and beautifully designed studio spaces that promote wellness and results. We also use our unique pump pilates techniques which clients love because they are fun and great for weight loss.

Getting started is easy! Visit our SCHEDULE page, choose your preferred time, book your class and come experience your first session. We also offer introductory packs and new member specials. We also do private sessions and sports/corporate group classes too.

We offer class packs with flexible pricing options including 5, 10, 20 and 30 sessions, as well as 1 session only. If you are new to our studio, get our Intro Offer: 3 classes for $30 (Valid for 10 days since the day you attend the first class). Check our Pricing page for current options.
