This may be our foundation class, but there is no slacking off here! This class will have you learning the foundation moves of reformer pilates in no time. Whether you are an old timer wanting to step up your game or a newby ready to learn the fundamentals, you will only benefit from this class.
In this class we strip it down and take it back to basics, teaching you how to correctly activate, position and work your body using optimal form for the best workout and ultimate results. This is the class to set you up for success.
Connect
Tone down the workout just one notch (you’re not getting away that easily) and focus on centering the mind and body to really connect with yourself. This is a focused and mindful class with free-flowing and lengthening moves.
Don’t be deceived by the name… this class requires a lot of power, control and mobility.
Stretch and Strength
A more gentle reformer class for those looking for a more relaxed and mindful class.
We focus on slow mindful movement where sequences are focused on mobility and strength, the lights are dimmed and the playlist is soft and mellow.
